Learn To Flourish When You Are Not In Control (2015) On December 31, 2011 I experienced something I will never be able to blink away. We are super excited to have the chance to talk to Jennifer Sparks Berthelot, the head honcho of Swift Kick Life. She’s a life coach bent on helping people live a full and sustained life. So in anticipation of her newest book Happy on Purpose, we asked her to come hang out and share some wisdom with us!

Life likes to throw a little curve ball (or a big one) every now and then but I feel happy knowing I have learned strategies that allow me to step back and evaluate my situation so I do not get swallowed up by circumstance. I also am happy knowing and believing that I can be happy despite events happening around me that are not necessarily positive or uplifting. Every single day I get to decide to be happy.
Thrilled to have made the list!!
