I am happy to be able to introduce you to Natalie Jill. A few years ago, she had her own personal transformation. She was pregnant with her daughter, newly divorced and broke. She took what she knew and had studied and created a new life for herself. Then, she inspired others and grew this amazing line of programs to serve everyone from the novice to the more serious athlete. (I met her when I was searching for information regarding seizures and nutrition as I was trying to help my daughter and researching possible causes of her sudden seizures. Not only was she helpful but we became friends.)

With Natalie Jill’s struggles now behind her (and personal insight into starting at square one), she has created plans that TEACH long-term sustainable lifestyle habits that can take you from unfit and frustrated to fit and fabulous. Natalie’s emphasis is on functional fitness and many of her programs do NOT require a gym, which makes them incredibly user friendly for moms and dads who want to squeeze in workouts in a space in their home while their children sleep or play. I have purchased most of her programs and tried them out first hand. Natalie Jill is also celiac so her meal plans are gluten free. Please don’t confuse gluten free with tasteless. She has also partnered with the lovely Chef Lisi and together they have created recipe books that have some of the best tasting, HEALTHY meals in them.
